Shipping/Return Policies | Scottsdale Belt Company

RETURNS

Scottsdale Belt Company fully accepts any and all returns of unworn and unused leather products within 90 days. If you wish to make a return, please send the belt to:

  • All returns must include a note with the new size needed or the inches too big or too small, along  an  order number if you have it.  Please email us to let us know to expect it: info@azbelt.com

  • All leather belts purchases may be refunded within 90 days of the purchase. 

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original customer.

  • Refunds can take up to one week to show on credit  card accounts depending on the relevant bank .

  • Belts and other leather goods made by Scottsdale Belt Company  must be unworn and in original shipped condition.

  • If the belts or any accessories have been used, we are unable to give a refund.

  • Once you have sent the belt back, we will make another and then ship it back for  free on all U.S. domestic orders over $50.
  • For shipping and customs on international returns, the customer will be responsible for unless otherwise noted by Scottsdale Belt Company.

 

EXCHANGES

 Scottsdale Belt Company will accept exchanges on our unused leather belts within 90 days after the recorded sale date and we will cover the cost to re-ship another in the continental United States.

If you need an exchange, please send an email to: info@azbelt.com and let us know where/what the problem is and we will resolve it. 

Usually and  when size is the issue we are more than happy to make the exchange. If the belt gets unworn, we all lose. 

Please include a legible note in the unworn return/shipping box outlining what holes need to be punched or what you wishes/needs are.

  • Exchanges will ship once the  return arrives at the  our warehouse.
  • Gift cards are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
  • Belt/collar/accessory must be unworn condition. If the holes of the belt show wear, the item will be unacceptable  an exchange.
  • Free shipping on all U.S. domestic orders.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping and customs on all exchanged international orders unless otherwise noted.
