ANY ORDERS PLACED WILL BE FILLED as well as any EXCHANGES. We have never taken a sale that bwas not fulfilled...We promise that YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.

Scottsdale Belt Company fully accepts any and all returns of unworn and unused leather products within 90 days. If you wish to make a return for any reason or simply need a different size, please send the belt to:

All leather belts purchases will be remade or refunded within 90 days of the purchase.
Refunds will be issued in the form of payment used to make the original customer.
Refunds can take up to one week to show on credit card accounts depending on the relevant bank. Relax...we have never stolen anyone's money nor plan to start now.
Belts and other leather goods made by Scottsdale Belt Company must be unworn and in original shipped condition.
If the belts or any accessories have been used, we are unable to give a refund.
Once you have sent the belt back, we will make another and then ship it back for free on all U.S. domestic orders over $50.
For shipping and customs on international returns, the customer will be responsible for unless otherwise noted by Scottsdale Belt Company.
EXCHANGESScottsdale Belt Company will accept exchanges on our unused leather belts after the recorded sale date and we will cover the cost to re-ship another in the continental United States.
If the holes of the belt show wear, the item can be unacceptable for an exchange. Do what you can to not wear it.
Exchanges will ship once the return arrives at the our warehouse.
Customer is responsible for shipping and customs on all exchanged international orders unless otherwise noted.
