The 1.5" SHELBY leather belt is our best selling men's black/blue color combination. Sewn in two rows of differing blue parachute thread, this premium black leather belt is easily the nicest men's denim or jeans belt you'll ever find. Day or night, beas bold as the Texan who designed the original car. Our blue on black saddle leather belt is also an American handcrafted original…designed and produced in our Arizona workshop. The Shelby has been copied in China and Italy for European markets however, be assured that this saddle leather belt is the American original and is built for 20 or 30 years of wear.
Like all of our saddle leather belts, the SHELBY is made of one full grain piece of premium leather. It is available in narrow (1.25" / 32mm) and wide (1.75" / 44mm) widths.
In 2011, we purchased 13 spools of the discontinued lighter color steely blue thread from a parachute manufacturing company for use on our belt. Unfortunately thread minimums on new color orders at American & Effird jeopardize future reordering of this unique blue thread making this belt a limited edition! This thread is valuable to me and we store it in climate and humidity stable locker. We simply will not compromise quality and go with a cheaper offshore thread source. I put a Lifetime Guarantee on the stitching that goes into all our belts. The motto is…”If you blow it, we sew it.” Send it back to us for repair…for life.
High quality, durability, and style. We don't need to tell you this one, but...That is "What Makes Us Different."

Wearing natural leather can have the ability of connecting us to our environment in ways we may not understand. For man, the process of tanning leather with roots and bark from trees goes back to the cave. Thousands of years of evolution physically join man and leather to nature and survival.
Owning a naturally tanned leather belt is both a privilege and a luxury. After 2 years, condition your leather belt with 2 light coats of 100% pure lanolin, Neatsfoot oil or any other fossil fuel free, high quality conditioner. If ever dirty, clean only with saddle soap. Remember, when it's dry reapply.

The belt looks fabulous. The quality of the leather and the stitching with the blue and white thread really stands out. Hard to find quality like this these days. I have received several compliments and will certainly recommend Scottsdale Belt to others.
I purchased an Oak Creek for myself and and a Shelby for my son of this birthday. Both are incredible but my son said it was his best birthday present ever.
It was great. Another wonderful belt added to the three I have had for several years.
I purchased two belts, excellent quality, friendly company to work with. Highly recommend them.
