If you own one of our belts and have lost weight or just need a clean and conditioning, we can take care of. Simply drop an instructional note in a box with your request and ship it to us either USPS, UPS or FEDEX to the address below.

Once we receive your belt(s), your order will go into the service workflow. Please be patient and allow 30-45 days for us to take care of your workflow service ticket. Keep in mind, we are short staffed and this is not our priority. If you do not hear from us within 30 days, then reach out via email.
Once your work is completed, I will issue an invoice for the service(s) plus shipping. The service costs are listed below.

If your belt is too big, Congrats on your weight loss! You now need to assess which category you belong in:
- MINOR WEIGHT LOSS (less than 3 inches total)
Unfortunately we can only add additional holes to the belt and we are happy to do that. Please specify how many and "IN" or "OUT". For example: "2 holes going in (smaller)"
**Service Cost: $10/belt plus return shipping
-MAJOR WEIGHT LOSS (more that 3 inches total)
If you lose 3" or more around the waist, we can cut from the buckle end. This is not an option for anything below 3". The holes will not align. Keep in mind that when shortening, stitched belts cannot be skived or thinned at the buckle due to the stitching. In order to shorten, we cut the belt and add an additional piece of leather, making it bulkier at the buckle.
**Service Cost: $30/belt plus return shipping
-INSTRUCTIONS
Simply mark the spot (with tape or a white marker) on the back of the belt. The mark should reflect the location where you would like to see the approximate center hole after our service adjustment.
CLEAN AND CONDITIONING SERVICES
If your belt is dry and needs a feed, please visit our Guide to Leather Care. If you'd like us to feed and recondition your belt, please read the 30-45 day (approx) timeframe policy and simply follow the shipping instructions above.
