 In need of MORE HOLES?  How about CLEANING & CONDITIONING?


If you own one of our belts and have lost weight or just need a clean and conditioning, we'll take care of it at no charge. Simply drop an instructional note for us in a box with your request and $10.00 for us to repack and reship back you. Ship it to us either USPS, UPS or FEDEX to the address below.
There is NO NEED contacting us to verify that we received your service return. Due to the unnecessary wasting of time that it takes to stop production, locate, verify (if possible) and to respond causes a small shop to be less productive. Ironically these unnecessary wastes of time cause delays which will not allow for the actual timely servicing, packing and reshipment. Furthermore in the rare occurrence that your leather belt gets lost, premature efforts and time wasted tracking only create more unproductive and longer waits for servicing.  

Please wait approximately 20-30 days before contacting us.This allows us time to retrieve the boxes, open them, create the service ticket and add them to our work flow. This is a no-profit service that we offer so please be patient and allow 30-45 days for us to take care of your workflow service ticket. If you have an urgent matter, please bring us your request via email.

Scottsdale Belt Company WEIGHT LOSS GUARANTEE

If your belt is too big, Congrats on your weight loss! You now need to assess which category you belong in:
- MINOR WEIGHT LOSS (less than 3 inches total)  
Unfortunately we can only add additional holes to the belt and we are happy to do that.  Please specify how many and "IN" or "OUT". For example: "2 holes going in (smaller)"
-MAJOR WEIGHT LOSS (more that 3 inches total)
If you lose 3" or more around the waist, we can cut from the buckle end. This is not an option for anything below 3". The holes will not align.
                        INSTRUCTIONS 
Simply mark the spot (with tape or a white marker) on the back of the belt. The mark should reflect the location where you would like to see the approximate center hole after our service adjustment.  Drop an instructional note for us in the box as well as $10.00 for repacking and reshipment back you.  
Ship it back to us either USPS, UPS or FEDEX to the  address below. Please wait approximately 20-30 days and contact us. This allows us time to retrieve the boxes, open them, create the service tickets and add them to our work flow.  This is a no-profit service that we offer. Please be patient and allow 30-45 days for us to take care of your workflow service ticket.  If you have an not heard from Brenda at the conclusion of this timeframe, please send her an email with an estimate on when your service return ticket will be completed. 

CLEAN AND CONDITIONING SERVICES

If your belt is dry and needs a feed, please visit our Guide to Leather Care.  If you'd like us to feed and recondition your belt, please read the 30-45 day (approx) timeframe policy and simply follow the shipping instructions above.  This service is Free.  You will only be responsible for a minimal ten dollar shipping/handling charge which covers the return postage back to your residence. Please include $10 in the box with a note stating your wishes as well as your name and current address.

  2. Because high quality & durability make our leather belts worthy of adjustment.
  3. Because value is only found in the length of time any product is of service to its owner.
  4. when our belt hangs unworn in your closet, it is not in either of our interests.
  5. For the simple fact that, we want these kinds of services in the higher quality products that we buy ourselves.
